Meet Our French Course Developer - Tiffany Muresan
The school year is progressing well and our team is still hard at work helping students achieve their educational goals. As Nimbus continues to grow, you can look forward to meeting even more team members that make it all happen. Today we are pleased to introduce our French Course Developer: Tiffany Muresan!
Tiffany received a Bachelor of Science (majors in Math and French) and a Bachelor of Education from Redeemer University College in 2015. God has granted her opportunities to teach core French in Ontario and high school mathematics in Wuhan, China. In addition, Tiffany is teaching part-time with the Upper Grand District School Board at the school where she began learning french. She currently lives in Waterloo with her husband and daughter. Tiffany is passionate about helping students use the gifts God has given them to further His kingdom and to glorify Christ.
Tiffany started working for Nimbus in 2019 and believes that online learning is a way of making education fully accessible to everyone. She enjoys designing French courses for students to work through from wherever they are. Tiffany’s role as a course developer is making a positive impact by connecting students with the French community through their studies. Nimbus students have the opportunity to reach beyond their immediate situations because of the access provided by our course developers. Tiffany is intentional with every detail when designing a course. Each piece of the course is thoughtfully chosen and presented in a way that’s not often possible inside a typical classroom. This allows students to actually slow down and ask questions about the material they find challenging. Tiffany encourages students to work hard, not for their parents, and not for themselves, but for the Lord (Colossians 3:23). What you learn today could be what you need for the work God is preparing for you tomorrow. She also reminds students that online learning is a huge opportunity, but you will only get out of it as much as you put in.

Interesting Facts About Tiffany
- In grade 4 Tiffany started learning to play chess and was a provincially ranked player by high school. She also participated in the Ontario Chess Challenge.
- She still plays chess with her family, but also enjoys learning new games and knitting.
- Tiffany’s favourite subject has always been math because she loves studying the structure and order God put into His creation. Her least favourite subject was geography.
